kkbd Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the kkbd platform. This document forms the basis of the agreement between you and kkbd.
1 General Terms
kkbd is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for adult users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions define the legal relationship between kkbd and all its registered members.
Members must be at least 21 years old to use the platform. Providing a false age at the time of registration is strictly prohibited, and any such account may be cancelled at any time.
These terms have been drawn up in Bengali and are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. kkbd reserves the right to partially or fully amend these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
2 Account Registration
To create an account on kkbd, each member must provide accurate and complete personal information. A person may operate only one account.
2.1 Registration Eligibility
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must hold a valid national identity card or passport.
- Must provide an active mobile number and email address.
- Personal information must be truthful and verifiable.
2.2 Account Security
Each member is required to keep their account username and password completely confidential. Sharing a password with anyone else, or allowing a third party to use the account, is prohibited. If unauthorised access is suspected, the support team must be notified immediately.
All transactions and bets made through an account will be considered the account holder's own activity.
2.3 Multiple Accounts Prohibited
Operating more than one account from a single device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule may result in all associated accounts being closed and any deposited funds being forfeited.
3 Account Verification
kkbd verifies members' identities to ensure secure transactions. Verification may be requested at any time if a large withdrawal or unusual activity is detected.
3.1 Documents Required for Verification
- A clear photo or scan of a national identity card or passport.
- Proof of the most recently used payment method.
- A utility bill or bank statement for address verification (if required).
Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete. If a member fails to submit the correct documents or provides false information, the account may be cancelled.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
The following methods can be used to deposit and withdraw funds on kkbd: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).
4.1 Deposit Terms
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳100.
- Members may only use a payment method registered in their own name.
- Deposits from payment methods registered in a third party's name are not accepted.
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
- Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
- Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
- kkbd reserves the right to hold withdrawals if the account has not been verified.
5 Bonuses and Promotions
kkbd offers various promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms, which are detailed on the relevant promotion page.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement on the bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus for a balance of ৳2,000; to withdraw the bonus, ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is completed.
- Another bonus cannot be claimed while one is already active.
- If bonus abuse is suspected, kkbd reserves the right to cancel the bonus and investigate the account.
- Bonus funds are not real deposited money — they provide an opportunity to win, subject to wagering requirements.
- kkbd reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any promotion.
6 Gaming Rules
The kkbd platform offers slots, live casino, cricket and sports betting, fishing games, and other gaming options. Each game has its own rules, which are displayed on the game page.
6.1 General Betting Rules
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
- If a game is interrupted mid-way due to a technical fault, kkbd will settle the bet according to the applicable rules.
- If a dispute arises over a game result, kkbd's system records will be considered final.
6.2 Sports Betting Specific Terms
For bets on cricket and other sports, if an event is cancelled or postponed, kkbd will decide to refund or void the bet according to the applicable rules. kkbd reserves the right to void any bet where there is a clear error in the odds.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kkbd platform:
- Conducting transactions using illegally obtained funds.
- Interfering with the platform's software, hacking, or using automated tools.
- Betting using inside information related to predicting game outcomes.
- Group bonus abuse or coordinated betting schemes.
- Operating an account using a false identity.
- Fraudulent behaviour towards other members.
In the event of a breach of these prohibitions, kkbd may close the account, forfeit deposited and won funds, and take legal action if necessary.
8 Account Closure and Suspension
8.1 Closure at Member's Request
Any member may request closure of their account via 24/7 live chat or email. Any pending bets or withdrawals must be settled before the request is processed.
8.2 Closure Initiated by kkbd
In cases of breach of terms, suspected fraud, or failure to complete verification, kkbd may suspend or close any account without prior notice. In such cases, kkbd will provide a written explanation and the member will have the opportunity to appeal.
8.3 Self-Exclusion
If a member feels they are finding it difficult to control their gaming habits, they may temporarily close their account for a set period. For more details, please read our Responsible Gaming Guidelines.
9 Limitation of Liability
kkbd strives to provide uninterrupted service as far as possible. However, service disruptions may occur due to technical issues, internet connectivity problems, or issues with third-party service providers.
- If a bet is incorrectly accepted or rejected due to a technical error, kkbd will review the bet and take appropriate action.
- kkbd will not be held responsible for any loss incurred by a member due to internet connectivity problems.
- kkbd bears no liability for losses resulting from a user's own decisions on game outcomes.
kkbd's total liability shall not, under any circumstances, exceed the total deposits made by the relevant member in the last 30 days.
10 Privacy and Data Protection
kkbd is committed to protecting members' personal information. Information provided at the time of registration is used only for identity verification, transaction processing, and promotional communications. Information is not sold or transferred to third parties.

kkbd secures all transactions via SSL encryption and operates active security measures to prevent unauthorised access to accounts.
11 Responsible Gaming
kkbd believes that gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a source of financial hardship. We take responsibility for the mental wellbeing and financial safety of our members.
- Members can set deposit limits, betting limits, and session time limits.
- There is an option to temporarily pause an account for a set period.
- If signs of problem gambling appear, members are advised to seek help.
- Anyone under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited from creating an account or playing games.

12 Changes to Terms and Dispute Resolution
12.1 Notice of Changes
kkbd reserves the right to update these terms and conditions. Members will be notified of significant changes by email or via a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as acceptance of the new terms.
12.2 Dispute Resolution
If a complaint or dispute arises, the member should first contact the support team via 24/7 live chat or email. If the matter is not resolved at that stage, a formal complaints process can be initiated.
